Estimator (Commercial Interiors)

Transwall Office Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Estimator.  The primary responsibilities include reviewing construction documents and specs, generating accurate and timely quotes to accompany the proposal drawings and communicating to the team the scope and product required for awarded projects. The Estimator position requires experience reading and interpreting construction documents and knowledge of building systems ie. ceiling, HVAC, lighting, sprinklers and construction process.  Estimator candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent experience, be proficient in MS Office.   Current AutoCAD or knowledge of PlanSwift preferred, knowledge of estimating or proposal technology a plus.  Competitive wage and benefits offered.

Software Developer

Transwall Office Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Software Developer. The responsibilities of the Software Developer include creating and maintaining Excel based programs, developing and revising programs using program mapping diagrams, optimization and consolidation techniques along with advanced Excel functions. The Software Developer will run beta tests of programs and provide documentation of program development as well as creating instructional manuals.  Candidates must be proficient in advanced Excel and VBA, databases and Adobe Acrobat.  Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and SolidWorks a plus. Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager has ownership of the resources associated with the management of raw materials and vended items, manufacturing planning and inbound/outbound freight. Responsibilities include directing the purchasing, production scheduling, materials planning, logistics functions and coordinating/managing order fulfillment. This includes the ongoing management of the materials requirement plan and identifying/securing new vendors and materials.

Qualifications include 10+ years materials management in a manufacturing environment including purchasing, inventory control, material planning and logistics.  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, related discipline or equivalent experience.

This position requires knowledge of ERP systems including BOM and MRP and strong MS Excel skills.  Prefer knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials to include aluminum, steel, plastics and glass plus demonstrated negotiating skills.  Occasional local and out of state travel required.
