Architectural CADD Designer

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural CAD Designer to join an established and growing organization.

Manufacturer of movable wall systems in West Chester, PA has an immediate opening for an Architectural CADD Designer. Responsibilities include creating detailed specific drawing packages and providing product takeoff of BOM lists. Preparing lists of deviations between contract documents and shop drawings. This position supports and assists the project team. Requires 2-3 years architectural/construction/drafting experience, advanced AutoCAD, proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, strong math skills, able to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications. Must be familiar with structural and environment building systems, ie ceilings, lighting, sprinklers and HVAC.

Estimator (Commercial Interiors)

Transwall Office Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Estimator with experience in the commercial interior sector.

The Estimator reviews construction drawings and specs and generates accurate and timely estimates. Prepares quotes to accompany proposal drawings. Supports project management including communicating to the team scope and product required for awarded projects.

Qualified candidates have experience in estimating commercial interior projects. Applicants must have experience in reading and understanding construction documents including architectural plans and specifications. Qualified candidates must have strong computer capabilities with MS Office products and other estimating or proposal technology tools. Knowledge of building systems ie, ceilings, lighting, sprinklers, HVAC and construction process is desired.

  • A.S. Degree or comparable work experience required.
  • Current AutoCAD skill or knowledge of Planswift a plus.

Project Management Coordinator
Transwall Office Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of movable walls and partitions located in West Chester, PA has an immediate opening for a Project Management Coordinator. The Project Management Coordinator performs various duties to support the sales and project management operations.

The responsibilities include providing back up and assistance to project managers, and assisting and supporting the quoting function. Additionally, the PM Coordinator handles customer inquiries, resolves customer issues and updates the status of quoted projects. . This position may require some day travel and occasional overnight travel to oversee project installations.

Candidates must have above average computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook with knowledge of Giza, CAP or AutoCAD a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience in the movable wall or construction industry.

Systems Administrator

A manufacturing company in West Chester, PA is seeking an IT professional experienced in Infor Cloudsuite Industrial/Syteline development and administration to assist with the technical implementation of the ERP Project and maintenance of the system as well as desk-side support and training of end-users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Report writing/data view creation with Mongoose
– Project-specific data entry during implementation and maintenance
– Daily administration of business software & servers
– Workflow configuration and testing
– Application customization and testing
– Desk-side support of ERP software

Experience
– 5+ years experience in an IT role or equivalent combination education
and experience
– 2+ years experience with Syteline/CSI administration and development
with Mongoose
– Highly proficient in MS Excel
– Customer service oriented
– MSSQL, Office 365, Windows Server administration
– Business process flowcharting

Requirements
– Bachelors Degree in IT or Business preferred or equivalent experience
